question from my phone. . .
Well, I'm not sure when I'll get to the library next so I thought I'd go ahead and ask. Does anyone know where I could find information on Edwardian and Teens clothing? Materials, patterns, hairstyles, underpinnings, ect. Mostly on the Teens though. I've found that I can wear 19 Teen's era clothing on a regular basis and not get funny looks. Plus I wear earlier Edwardian things to festivals. So any advise on that? Thanks a million! ~Meggie

Hmmm, well I admit I'm stumped, I looked in my Kyoto Fashion book, but all the styles are most deff NOT you.. the loveliest clothes I've seen from that era were in Charlie Chaplins early, silent, short films.. those women wore their "everyday" clothes, because they acted in movies of their time kwim?? and just seeing the clothing prolly wouldn't help you out much anyways... I don't know anybody who does 19-teens sadly.... Maybe google could help you out??
Well, anyhow, let me know how it goes, and good luck!
Kate
Thanks! I've got several of their patterns and I love them!
It was a corset I was looking for mainly. and I found a printable pattern for one today (hooray!!)
