A Light in the Tunnel!

Well I am excited beyond all reasoning! Even with a cold...

We have our Reservations for the Biltmore trip!!!

They'll be at the Squire watkins inn in the Daisy room. Isn't it Fantastic!!!!

I'm so awefully excited I can hardly breathe! (and not just because of a stuffy nose!) This month is absolutely gonna fly by!

But it will be full of wonderfull project goodies for my blog! *yay!* One as I have mentioned before is The S&S 1914 afternoon dress, modernized. The second will be this nightgown for my bestie. :D Another will be Simplicity "5188" (I already have this pattern and have made it once)

And I'd like to make another matching set of dresses for us to wear on sunday maybe something to wear on friday too. :D

I'm still soooooo excited!! I can't settle down and I have to... so I guess I'll just go get another cup of hot tea and put on the Animated Robin Hood... (Childhood tradition don't ask)

Oh, I should love to visit Biltmore! :-D

About shortening links. You're in "New Post". Say you want to write Squire Watkins Inn so that if you click on the words, it'll take you to the link. What you do is write "Squire Watkins Inn" and drag the mouse over it so you are highlighting it. Now, on the toolbar of the textbox, in between the "text" button and the list of page alignment (left, right, center) there is a button with a circle and a link. Click that and a little box will up and say "enter URL". There you will copy the link: www.squirewatkinsinn.com/inn.html. Then click "OK" and there's your link! :-)
Took me a long time to figure that one out originally!

Hope you get over your cold soon! Those are no fun.

Oh that's wonderful! thanks Mel! *runs to fix*

And yes me too. I'm ready to jump up and start sewing and antiqueing.. But it's a mild one compared to some, so it'll go soon. :D

The Squire Watkins Inn looks so lovely! I will look forward to reading about your adventure.

Oh, you have THE nightgown pattern! It is so gorgeous! I would love to see a picture of the one you made already.

I can't wait to see what you do with the 1914 dress. That is a beautiful design.

I was just about to say "I don't have a camera right now or I would post a picture of it" but I just realized I DO have a picture of it already on my computer.. albeit it's not a really good picture, but it's a picture. :D So I'll post it in my next post! :D
